Terry Ray Shifflett, 67, of Graham passed away Friday, April 29, 2016. A rosary will be held Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at 7 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, May 5, 2016, at 2 p.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Terry was born Jan. 29, 1949, in Graham to the late Jerry Ray and Grace Nell (Bishop) Shifflett. He married Debbie Carol Light on Oct. 26, 1973, in Lawton, Oklahoma. Terry was retired from the Young County Appraisal District as Deputy Chief Appraiser after 30 years of employment. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Men’s Softball Association, president of the Po Boy’s Bass Club, Past President of the Men’s Evening Lions Club and a member of the Men’s Bowling Association.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie Shifflett of Graham; sons, James Wayne “Bubba” Shifflett and wife Marissa of Graham, and Terry Ray “PeeWee” Shifflett II and wife Anna of Wichita Falls; sisters, Wanda Fulford of Florida and Charlene Martin of Olney; brothers, Mike Shifflett and Jeffery Shifflett, both of Graham, and Jerry Don Shifflet of Wichita Falls; and granddaughters, Alycia Shifflett of Wichita Falls and Olivia Shifflett of Graham.

Terry was preceded in death by a brother, John Shifflett.

Family visitation will be held Wednesday from 5 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
