Saturday, Nov. 21
Photography Show
The Eyes of Texas Photography Competition and Show will be from Saturday, Nov. 21, through Jan. 2, 2010, at the Old Post Office Museum and Art Center. A reception and award ceremony will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Nov. 21.

Order Pick-up
Anger Food Ministry orders will be ready for pick-up at the time designated on receipts Saturday, Nov. 21, at the south door of the Senior Citizens Center located at 825 Fairview St.

Antelope Jamboree
The Antelope Jamboree will begin at 6 p.m. Saturday at the Antelope Community Center in Antelope. There will be music, homemade food and door prizes. Musicians are welcome. Admission is $2. Proceeds benefit the upkeep of the center.

Country Store Fair
Salem Crestview United Methodist Church will hold its Country Store Fair from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday on the corner of Brazos and Texas streets. Barbershop Christmas

Adopt a Senior Pet
November is Adopt-a-senior-pet month at the Humane Society of Young County. Discounts are given on cats and dogs ages 7 and older. Call for information. (940) 549-1692.

Art Exhibit
The Breckenridge Fine Arts Center will display artwork from six artists through Wednesday, Nov. 25. BFAC is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, and is located at 207 North Breckenridge Ave., off of Highway 183.

Troop Support

Monday, Nov. 23
Thanksgiving Worship
The annual Bryson Community-Wide Thanksgiving Worship Service will be at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23, at First United Methodist Church in Bryson. A covered dish supper will follow worship. The event is open and free, and love offerings of canned goods will benefit food pantries in Bryson.

FFA Booster Club
The Graham FFA Booster Club will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23, in the Ag Department at Graham High School. At the meeting there will be election of officers and discussion and planning of scholarships, fund-raisers, FFA banquets and the junior livestock show. Interested parties are welcome to attend.

Tuesday, Nov. 24
Clogging Classes
The Breckenridge Hotfooter Cloggers will offer clogging classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced students at 6:30 p.m. every Tuesday at 109 N. Baylor St. in Breckenridge. Shirley Anderson (254) 559-2567.

Preschool Story Time
The Library of Graham will have preschool story time at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Story time includes stories and crafts.

Friendship Meal
First United Methodist Church will hold its Free Friendship Meal at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Food, fun and fellowship is offered.

Wednesday, Nov. 25
Bible Study
Mount Zion Baptist Church will have “High Noon Bible Study” at noon every Wednesday at the church located at 1013 Loving Highway. Everyone is encouraged to bring their lunch. Bibles are provided for the study.

Thursday, Nov. 26
Thanksgiving Meal
Bethel Baptist Church will hold its 22nd annual free community Thanksgiving meal from noon to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 26, at the church located at 209 Tennessee Street. A traditional meal of turkey, homemade dressing, gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans, salad,  rolls and homemade pie will be served. Dine in, carry out or delivery. Saturday, Nov. 28
Softball Tournament

Graham Jamboree
The Graham Jamboree will begin at 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, at the Senior Citizens Center. Admission is $2 and a covered dish.

Albany Christmas Parade
The 2nd annual Albany Christmas Parade will begin at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, in Albany. The parade will travel through downtown Albany wind down Main Street, pass the Shackelford County Courthouse and finish up with festivities on the courthouse square, including a chili supper at 5 p.m. in the Aztec Theater reception room.

Monday, Nov. 30
GRMC Christmas Fund
The Graham Regional Medical Center Auxiliary annual Christmas Card Lifesaver Fund will begin Monday, Nov. 30, and continue through Friday, Dec. 4. Members of the Auxiliary will be in the lobbies of First National Bank, Graham National Bank and First State Bank to collect for the fund. Proceeds will be used to purchase an infant ventilator for the nursery and an automated external defibrillator for the Wellness Center. After Dec. 4 contributions may be made at the gift shop in the hospital.

Tuesday, Dec. 1
Friendship Meal
First Presbyterian Church will hold its Free Friendship Meal at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1. Food, fun and fellowship is offered.
